The first stop of the "China Porcelain Global Journey" — China Contemporary Ceramic Art International Touring Exhibition kicked off on June 12 in Istanbul, Turkiye.

The exhibition is co-hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Turkiye, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, and the China Arts and Entertainment Group (CAEG). It has been included in the celebration program for both the International Day for Dialogue among Civilizations and the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Turkiye.

Adopting a "one country, one stop, one theme" model, the exhibition will visit Turkiye, Luxembourg and France, while also connecting with major Chinese cities including Beijing and Shenzhen.

Using porcelain as a cultural bridge, it aims to tell China’s stories, promote Chinese culture and further enhance the global reach and influence of China’s rich ceramic heritage.

The exhibition will run until July 2, before continuing its tour in Luxembourg and France.
