The Urumqi Grand Theatre is located on the east side of the Urumqi Cultural Center complex. With a construction area of approximately 51,200 square meters and a building height of 37.3 meters, the theatre spans nine floors, making it the largest and most fully functional comprehensive grand theatre in Northwest China.

It primarily features a 1,675-seat auditorium with audience service areas, a 350-seat transformable multifunctional performance hall, stage zones, and supporting facilities, suitable for large-scale operas, musicals, plays, and concerts.
