Located at OH Bay on the Qianhai Bay waterfront in Shenzhen, the Bay Opera of Shenzhen was developed by the Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) and officially opened in September 2021. The art center occupies a total site area of 20,660 square meters, with a gross floor area of 39,577 square meters.

The main structure houses a 1,500-seat opera hall, a 598-seat multifunctional hall, along with supporting facilities such as opera rehearsal studios, dance rehearsal rooms, training classrooms and parking lots.
