The Zhuhai Huafa & CPAA Grand Theatre is situated within the Zhuhai Cross Gate Central Business District. Its architectural design was led by the world-renowned UK firm RMJM, with acoustics engineered by Munich-based Muller-BBM. The theatre complex spans approximately 90,900 square meters in total floor area.

The building's distinctive exterior showcases postmodernist elegance. When viewed from above, its form resembles a Persian harp standing gracefully on the water, giving it a unique artistic identity. Inside, the theatre houses two main venues: a modern-style 1,164-seat opera hall and a classically romantic 806-seat concert hall. The concert hall boasts a natural reverberation time of approximately 1.8 seconds and has been acclaimed by maestros including the world-renowned conductor Zubin Mehta as "one of the finest concert halls in China."
