CAEG and China Art Vocational Education Society sign strategic cooperation agreement
On Nov 1, China Arts and Entertainment Group Ltd. (CAEG) and the China Art Vocational Education Society signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art in Hangzhou. Ji Suchen, a member of CAEG's Party Committee, and Zhang Jianping, Vice President of the Society, signed on behalf of their respective organizations.
Founded in April 2004 with State Council approval, CAEG is a central cultural enterprise offering a global portfolio in performing arts and exhibition services. With over 70 years of development, the Group has established four major business sectors—international performing arts, art exhibitions, cultural tourism, and theatre operations. Annually, CAEG hosts over 5,000 performances, exhibitions and large-scale cultural events worldwide, reaching more than 10 million audience members.
The China Art Vocational Education Society was initiated in 1986 and officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 1994. Supervised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Society comprises arts education institutions, organizations and practitioners nationwide, with more than 200 institutional members and over 2,000 individual members.
Guided by the principles of "complementary strengths, resource sharing and collaborative development," the two sides will establish a long-term strategic partnership in areas such as arts training, vocational education, international cultural exchange, and arts festivals and events. By leveraging industry resources and advancing integration between industry and education, the partnership aims to create an international platform for nurturing young artistic talent and promoting the high-quality development of arts and cultural education.
