1. Download the CIIE 2018 Application Form (Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition), CIIE Brochure (Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition), Letter of Intent for Participation (Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition), Exhibitor Information Form of Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition-Exhibition Area for Service Trade and CIIE 2018 Participation Contract from the official website of China Arts and Entertainment Group (http://www.caeg.cn/)

2. Fill in the CIIE 2018 Application Form (Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition) and email it to ciie@caeg.cn;

3. After we receive your email, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm with you via phone and email within 3 working days;

4. Following confirmation via email, Letter of Intent for Participation (Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition) will be signed and intention money shall be paid;

5. Email Exhibitor Information Form of Cultural Enterprise & Business Exhibition-Exhibition Area for Service Trade to ciie@caeg.cn. We will confirm your participation via phone and email within 30 working days after review;

6. Upon confirmation on participation, CIIE 2018 Participation Contract will be signed with China International Import Expo Bureau and reference to relevant flow for participation is advised;
