CPAG welcomes new member in Beijing
Recently, the Chinese Performing Arts Group Limited (CPAG) won the bid for the commissioned operation and management project of the Phase I Theater in Xinchuangyuan, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. This successful bid signifies the expansion of the China Performance Theater Chain in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, with another directly operated theater under its umbrella. In the future, the company will leverage its expertise in theater operation and management to assist Beijing in becoming the "Capital of Performing Arts" and enhance the cultural brand of "Enjoying Great Performances in Beijing."
Located in the southeastern part of the city, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area is the only national economic and technological development zone that enjoys both national-level economic and technological development zone and national-level high-tech industrial park preferential policies. Together with Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City, and Future Science City, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area forms the main platform of the "Three Cities and One Area." The Xinchuangyuan Theater in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area is located in Phase I of Xinchuangyuan, adjacent to a 800,000-square-meter transparent lake wetland park. With a total construction area of 50,000 square meters, it includes cultural performances, themed commerce, international cinemas, and cultural supporting facilities. The close integration of the "theater + commerce" format not only fosters an artistic atmosphere but also enhances experiential, vibrant, and inclusive elements, increasing the venue's attractiveness and appeal.
