On May 24, the Bauhinia Cultural Group held a promotion and launch event for the 2024 series cultural projects at the Shenzhen Cultural Expo, unveiling a range of key cultural projects in tourism, publishing, and performing arts.

During the event, companies under the Bauhinia Cultural Group (BCG) signed cooperation agreements with relevant institutions and provincial governments, as well as with partners on important projects such as the gaming industry and study tours. Projects introduced included the collaboration project "Return Exhibition of the Chinese Pavilion at the Venice Biennale," activities like "Hong Kong and Macau Youth Capture the Motherland/Writing the Motherland," the "Interesting Chinese Culture" brand campaign, the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station cultural project, and the new book "What is Finance."

Signing cooperation agreements to empower cultural tourism development, the BCG’s China Culture Group signed a cooperation framework agreement with Xinhua News Agency to jointly carry out the "Return Exhibition of the Chinese Pavilion at the Venice Biennale" project. Leveraging Xinhua's multimedia advantages, the project aims to digitize and industrialize the promotion of the Venice Biennale through promotional videos and envisioning the future, empowering the high-quality development of cultural tourism in new formats.

Deepening exchanges and cooperation to create the future together, the BCG’s Datong Publishing House signed a cooperation agreement with the China News Publishing Research Institute and Beijing Zhongdian Electronic Publishing House on the "Gaming Industry Talent Series Standards," aiming to promote the sustainable development of China's gaming industry.

Datong Publishing House also signed the "Hong Kong and Macau Youth Mainland Study Tour Activity Cooperation Agreement" with the Hong Kong Professional Teachers' Union, Inner Mongolia Publishing Group, Shaoguan Danxia Mountain Management Committee, and the Huangpu Longping Academy for Young Farmers, jointly developing high-quality study tour courses for Hong Kong and Macau students visiting the mainland. The event "Hong Kong and Macau Youth Capture the Motherland/Writing the Motherland" was initiated to allow more youth to experience China's modernization achievements firsthand.

Enhancing integration and innovation to spark audience interest, the United Publishing Group under the BCG launched the "Interesting Chinese Culture" campaign, adapting to the characteristics of communication in the Web3.0 era by combining online and offline interactions. Through various forms such as print, e-books, audiobooks, videos, VR/AR/MR, and cultural and creative products, they aim to showcase the rich cultural heritage of China to young people and the public in Hong Kong and Macau.

Creating exhibition events to deepen cultural exchanges, the Bauhinia Cultural Group's Bauhinia Magazine Society unveiled the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station cultural project, planning and executing large-scale events to showcase the country's development achievements and the images of cities along the high-speed rail line, promoting cultural and artistic exchanges and mutual learning.

Launching a heavyweight new book to highlight the advantages of the Greater Bay Area, the BCG’s Commercial Press, in collaboration with the Southern Finance Media Group, released the book "What is Finance: From Metropolitan Clusters to Financial Centers." The book reviews the urbanization and industrialization development processes of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, analyzes the current situation, characteristics, issues, and prospects of financial development in the area, particularly the construction of financial centers, showcasing the unique advantages of the internationalized and distributed "financial center cluster" in the Greater Bay Area.

With a base in Hong Kong, deep cultivation in the Greater Bay Area, and a global outlook, the BCG possesses a unique advantage with a comprehensive range of cultural industry categories and a long value chain. The Bauhinia Cultural Group will leverage its cultural platform advantages in Hong Kong, continue to collaborate with various sectors of society, and contribute to the prosperity of the Greater Bay Area's cultural market, advancing Chinese culture towards the world.
