NBC's original ballet 'Yimeng' staged at the Venetian Macao Theater

From Feb 18 to 19, the National Ballet of China's original ballet "Yimeng" was staged at the Venetian Macao Theater. This performance is one of the main pieces of the Happy Chinese New Year and National Art Troupe (Macao) Performance Season.

The Happy Spring Festival and National Art Troupe (Macao) Performance Season is co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Department of Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao Special Administrative Regional Government, co-organized by the Publicity Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and other units, and executed by China Arts and Entertainment Group Ltd (CAEG).

The purpose of the performance season is to support Macao in enriching its reputation as a World Center of Tourism and Leisure, to create a "communication and cooperation base with Chinese culture as the mainstream and the coexistence of multiple cultures", to fully explore national high-quality cultural and artistic resources, and to showcase the cultural development achievements of the National Arts Academy to Macao citizens , and to jointly inherit and carry forward excellent traditional Chinese culture.
